Kate has called St. Lucie County home since 1986, when her family relocated from Wilmington, Delaware to Fort Pierce. Growing up in White City gave her deep local roots and an insider's perspective on the Treasure Coast market.

A graduate of Florida Atlantic University (B.A. in Education with ESOL & ESE endorsements), Kate spent years as a licensed teacher before earning her real estate license in 2018. She brings a teacher's heart and a strategist's mind to every transaction — breaking down complex contracts and timelines into clear, easy-to-follow steps. Since 2018 she has helped over 275 families buy or sell their homes, with more than $100 million in closed sales.
